Coaching

I often work with people who are used to functioning at a high level, but find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.Coaching offers a supportive and collaborative space to reflect on pressure, confidence, leadership, decision-making, and personal growth. Drawing on experience in high-responsibility environments, I work with individuals seeking greater clarity, balance, and sustainable performance in both professional and personal life.

Fear of flying can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. Combining psychotherapeutic understanding with current real-world aviation experience as an Airline Training Captain, I offer calm, informed support to help clients better understand and manage anxiety surrounding air travel.
